I remember you, among a few others, who served during 1968-69 at the 6th CIT El Toro. I am 72 now, living upstate NY with my wife of almost 50 years, Lucy. I worked for NYS civil service and retired in 2005, then moved to Tucson, Az for 7 years. Returned to NY in 2015. We have 2 sons and a daughter, and one grandchild. We are born again Christians, Lutherans, and faith is important to us. I remember you returned to Ohio after your discharge from the USMC, and I remember you were supposed to go back to work at the railroad. I remember you and the Mrs very well back in the old El Toro days. In SVN 1967-68, I was with the 1st CIT. I was a Sgt E-5, but believe it or not I received a SSgt E-6 promotion in the mail after I was discharged and back on Long Island. In any case, my best to you and your family. Regards JJF (John J. Flanagan)
